The hotel was lovely, the best hospitality we’ve received in Morocco (having been here twice). The door men were especially helpful & kind, they gave us tips about getting better prices with taxis which we are eternally grateful for as we were getting completely mugged off for rides which were less than 5 mins. Hotel itself is pretty modern, clean and spacious, breakfast has plenty of sweet options, cakes and such. For the price, I’d say it’s way worth it, having such lovely smiley people, who obviously love their jobs and their environment! Location wise, it’s close enough to where you want to be, just maybe a min or two walk from the main high street. Couldn’t recommend them enough, we felt so safe there, especially after being out in the hustle and bustle of Casablanca. One Hotel, you’ve really outdone yourself with hiring the right people and your amenities, especially with the price point! Much love ❤️

The breakfast was always wonderful, tasty, big quantity and feeded my expectations. Gym is a small one but can be used for tourists for some excercise. Overall good. The staff was helpful is needed something.

The excellent and hospitable staff who are always handy to assist especially these staff (Hassan, Samia, Hiba, Lurelle, Lahcen, Reda and Zinem) which I and wife came in contact in the course of our stay. Indeed they are exceptionally wonderful.

The breakfast was nice. Friendly staff.. The bed was one of the best I have ever used in my trips. The location is close to many landmarks, Parking is very convenient.

My stay here was absolutely exceptional! From the moment I arrived, everything felt thoughtfully designed and professionally managed. The spacious bedroom truly stood out, especially with its large balcony that offered breathtaking views of the city—perfect for relaxing and soaking in the atmosphere. One highlight of my stay was the breakfast menu. It was diverse, fresh, and incredibly delicious, catering to all tastes. Whether you’re craving something light or hearty, the options were fantastic and made every morning a treat to look forward to. I did encounter a minor issue with the washroom—the shower head was a bit wider than the space allowed, causing some water to splash out. But what truly impressed me was how the manager handled it. Rather than making excuses, he personally came to the room, assessed the situation, and replaced the shower head immediately. The level of care and professionalism was beyond commendable. This place excels in both comfort and service, with a team that genuinely prioritizes guest satisfaction. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a remarkable stay!

Great location Hotel One in Casablanca, handy to everything Trains, Taxis and Buses. The Staff is also the key ingredient for your stay and tthey are exceptional. My Wife and I have been World travellers for decades and stayed in a huge variety of accommodation, this gives us we believe a certain edge when handing out comments. Breakfast every morning with Nora, Omar and the boys was outstandin . Just an example of how fantastic everyone was to us, I had to be taken to Hospital where I spent 2 nights (all good now) thanks to the Staff at One Hotel, organising Ambulance, Doctors and Admission, special thanks to Lhssan who even came to the Hospital late at night with my credit card. A huge gratitude of thanks to you all at the ONE Hotel just very lovely people - Youssef, Hassan, Walid, Nora, Amine, Lhassan, Omar. Apologies for name spelling and any of the Marvellous Staff that we have left out. Be pleasantly surprised One Hotel is a Great place to stay in Casablanca.

The hotel was beautiful, the room was nice, clean and tidy. It was such a delight after many days staying at riads. The staff was always very helpful and they even left a treat with a kind message for us in our room. We wish we could have stayed long. The breakfast was varied and delicious, especially the coffee.
