The hotel was lovely, the best hospitality we’ve received in Morocco (having been here twice). The door men were especially helpful & kind, they gave us tips about getting better prices with taxis which we are eternally grateful for as we were getting completely mugged off for rides which were less than 5 mins. Hotel itself is pretty modern, clean and spacious, breakfast has plenty of sweet options, cakes and such. For the price, I’d say it’s way worth it, having such lovely smiley people, who obviously love their jobs and their environment! Location wise, it’s close enough to where you want to be, just maybe a min or two walk from the main high street. Couldn’t recommend them enough, we felt so safe there, especially after being out in the hustle and bustle of Casablanca. One Hotel, you’ve really outdone yourself with hiring the right people and your amenities, especially with the price point! Much love ❤️

He was incredibly kind and helpful with absolutely everything. Whether we needed help with food, directions, or anything else, he was always there with a smile and ready to assist. It honestly felt like nothing was too much to ask. Reda made sure we were well taken care of the entire time, and because of him, this was hands down the best service we’ve ever received at any hotel we’ve stayed at. We’re so grateful for the hospitality and will definitely be coming back next time we’re in Casablanca. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for not just a nice hotel, but an experience that feels warm and personal.
